Job Description
*** Business Development

  • Ensure the tire business in his/ her region in order to achieve best profits
  • Leading the price negotiations
  • Contribute the regional inputs
  • Develop the annual budget and the monthly forecasts and ensure the implementation
  • Ensure correct payments for products supplied.
*** Customer Relations

  • Represent Continental AG on customer events
*** Leading

  • Guiding the regional Customer Service team
*** Strategy

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for his/her region in close cooperation with the responsible units
Required Skills
  • University graduation (Engineering Divison),
  • At least 3 years experience in tire and/or automotive sector as key account,purchasing,customer relations,sales manager/responsible
  • Project leadership experience is preferable
