Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solution Architect / Technical Architecture Engineer to join our enterprise cloud support and delivery team in Istanbul. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical interface for high-profile internet and enterprise clients, driving cloud infrastructure optimization, large-scale workload migrations, and system reliability governance.

Job Requirements (Screening Criteria)

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution design, backend development, infrastructure delivery, or operations for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Core Technical Depth: Hands-on experience operating or developing applications on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud).

Highly Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience in one or more domains: Cloud-Native (Kubernetes/Docker), Big Data infrastructure, Database Tuning, or Enterprise Networking.
• Proven experience handling disaster recovery, high-availability drills, or migration architectures (Landing Zone design).

Core Responsibilities

Cloud Migration & Architectural Design

• Guide enterprise clients through their cloud migration journey, delivering best practices for account structures (Landing Zones), permissions, and network setup.
• Design and support the delivery of end-to-end workload migrations, including application frameworks, databases, and big data performance optimization.
• Provide cloud optimization recommendations utilizing the Well-Architected Framework principles (Cost, Security, and Performance).

System Stability & Risk Management

• Design, implement, and audit critical architecture monitoring and early-warning alerting systems.
• Act as the technical lead during high-availability and failover simulation drills under extreme operational scenarios.
• Provide dedicated engineering support during clients' high-traffic peak business events (including stress testing and architecture reviews).
• Conduct infrastructure risk inspections covering workloads, capacity planning, and change notifications.

Client Relationship & Technical Leadership

• Build constructive technical relationships with client engineering teams and present technical roadmaps clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-product system anomalies, driving issues to complete resolution.
