Çalıştığım en değerli şirket benim icin en artı yani çalışanlar arasında aile ortamı vardi. Evlilik askelik gibi durumlarda yardım toplanır kermes yapilirdi.
Good job decent pay as you go up you’ll make money work easy and simple good people for the most part but if you look to be more than a grunt the rest of your life it won’t happen here all management is hired from outside the company

Es buena empresa, ya que tiene excelentes salarios y prestaciones, pero su ritmo del día a día es muy desgastante.Si quieres dejar de tener vida personal pero remunerarte muy bien, estás en el lugar perfecto.

Very little training. You are expected to work/Coach individuals whose abilities are all over the spectrum. There is no training, no prepping for Job Coaches how to handle situations. It was "baptism by fire.* Very unfair to the Participants and the Coaches. Available work was very sporadic. I was guaranteed at least 15 hrs of work weekly. Many weeks I only worked 5 hrs. The pay was decent, the stress involved wasn't worth it.

Everything started it was fantastic but if you ever get hurt at work or on FMLA they will just let you go without any notice at all no letter of resignation just one day you don't work there anymore!

It was a good company before. Now they have a horrible H.R. department and the job isn't worth it.it isn't worth the headaches you will get. Stay away from this job.
En si esta bien la fábrica el salario, prestaciones y todo Lo único es que vean a quienes contratan como supervisores y entrenadores la verdad todo iba bien hasta que los supervisores tenían una forma de trabajar muy diferente y muy tóxicos

worked as an intern in a small department, I loved the management and they were really understanding. Gave you work you wanted to do and never forced anything on you. I actually miss working there

Nie polecam tej firmy nawet najgorszemu wrogowi. Wszystkie negatywne opinie tutaj wpisane sa niestety prawdziwe. Jesli chcesz dolaczyc do tej firmy do przygotuj sie na mobbing, ktory tutaj jest na porzadku dziennym. Pracownik dla tej firmy nie jest wogole wazny. Ma robic na 200%, a jak nawet tak pracujesz, to i tak jest za malo. Jesli myslisz ze tryb pracy wyglada normalnie, czyli ze bedziesz pisac testy lub beda jakiekolwiek testy software to sie grubo mylisz. Uzytkownicy koncowi najczesciej testuja software, a pozniej calosc wraca spowrotem. Wszystko tylko dlatego, ze termin byl obiecany dla klienta. Ehh....
Managerowie obiecuja gruszki na wierzbie liderom a pozniej wymagaja od Ciebie robienia kilku projektow na raz, co nie jest mozliwe bez pracy w nadgodzinach, o ktore jeszcze trzeba sie prosic. sic! Managerowie wogle nie dbaja o pracownika i olewaja zglaszane problemy. Jako Niemcy nadal stosuja niestety retoryke ze to oni sa Panami, a inni sa stworzeni tylko do pracy dla nich.
Ta firma ledwo sie trzyma na rynku i jak tylko odpadnie im jakis wiekszy klient, to zaraz sie zaczna zwolnienia. W tej firmie ogolnie trzeba
liczyc na to, ze to Ty powinienes sie cieszyc ze oni Ci laskawie daja prace.

You would only enjoy working at Aptiv if you like the manufacturing position. Most manufacturing positions are tough and require late night shifts and may not be suitable if you want a good work-life balance.
