Supportive management and coworkers. Thoroughly enjoyed the clientele and work atmosphere. Not much politics, but enjoyed the hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with the customers and bringing smiles to their faces. Fight-nights can be a little hectic, but all-in-all a good time.

What is the best part of working at the company?Benefits and decent pay, helpful District Manager also.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Absolutely terrible GM that micromanages and there is no set schedule with ridiculous hours.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Dont laugh or have fun. Just work.

Fun place to work but very horrible management

This place is fun to work at but the management is very inconsiderate about their employees. There have been so many safety issues I can't even count that high

It's alright

Tips suck but everyone is friendly. The kitchen is very slow tho. I have fun working there. But people r really hostile about food coming out so late but it no My fault.

Fun and Fast-Paced Work environment

Always had a great time working in the kitchen and everyone was easy to get along with for the most part. Often got stuck with the work nobody else wanted to do and worked until 3:30am or later some nights. Employee review with opportunity for a $0.50 raise every 6 months and some opportunity for growth.

It was ok , the pay was all upon you. It was a ok experience while it lasted. Wouldn’t work there again an the the staff were not that friendly. Pretty

Fun

Overall a fun place to work at, normal restaurant setting, Management cared about the workers, and showed it by accomodating to different situations that arose in everyday life.

What is the best part of working at the company?The best part of work at Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely my team. I never go into my job saying I just want to go home, it’s more than just a job we’re a Buffalo family.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Rude and misunderstanding guest.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s all about team effort and if everyone cooperates with one another then the work environment is amazing.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Every day is another day, yesterday isn’t going to be what it’s going to be today. Always prepare for what’s to come, could be busy or not.

Fun workplace, too many procedures

Nice place to work if you like sports, but many procedures put in place to check and replace labels in the middle of rushes. No time to cook and complete procedure. Doesnt make sense.

Fun workplace

Coworkers were great, work environment was fun. The job itself is straightforward & easy… but also very inconsistent. The money making days were too few and far in between.

Wish I still worked there

Epic job! I miss this place! Amazing management. Great staff. Awesome regulars. Consistent schedule, and managers understood the need for a work life personal life balance

Fun place to work

I worked here as a server and was always a great place to work. Money was good, but when I left customers were starting to dwindle. Not sure how it is now.

hit or miss

Potential to make really good money during holiday months especially but can also be very low wage during slow months. Management was fine to work with but its a large corporation so expect to be out of a lot of food items and for customers to regularly complain about food and other issues out of your control.

A tolerable company to work for, unless you're in management.

BDubs used to be a great place to work, but began continually declining once they were bought by Inspire Brands. Covid really showed how little they valued and payed their managers. Having said that it's a decent place to serve still, depending on the location. With their menu prices and long hours, at a busy store and working full time, you could make a enough to pay your bills.

Not the worse place to work but pay is low and management is shakey. They don’t have very much freedom with scheduling imo. But this was my experience

I helped open the location I used to work at and it was a CONSTANT nightmare. Cold or undercooked food, ridiculous ticket times, poor management. Typical chain restaurant.

Fun place to work

Buffalo wild wings can be a stressful place to work, but the managers and coworkers make it super fun and worth it. They always have your back and everybody is helping each other.

Food was not good

It was an ok work experience for a first job in food. The food wasn’t that great but learned those first job experiences. I wouldn’t have liked working full time there though.
