Indeed tarafından seçilen en faydalı yorumÇalıştığım zamandan bu yana iş hakkında temel düzeyde yeterince deneyim sahibi oldum. Başlangıçta pek üzerinize gidilmiyor. Zaman geçtikçe ve profesyonelleştikçe size yeni bilgiler sunuyorlar ve sizden daha fazla başarı bekliyorlar. Bu işin en önemli yanı hızlı olmak. Eğer yavaş çalışırsanız hızlı olmanız isteniyor.Bir diğer kısma geçersek eğer yoğunluk yok ise iş rahat geçiyor ve dinlenme olanağınız oluyor. Bu arada bir şeyler yiyip içebiliyorsunuz. Yoğunluk var ise boş duracak vaktiniz olmuyor.Benim bulunduğum bölgede firma, genellikle hafta sonu yoğun olmakta. Hafta içi ise özellikle akşam saatleri yoğun. Bundan dolayı iş benim için rahat geçiyor.Rütbeli ekip üyeleri, genellikle yoğunluk olduğu zaman çalışanların daha hızlı olması adına biraz agresif olabilir fakat bunun dışında gayet iyi bir ortam.

RAS , la cadence de travail est correcte, l'équipe au top, il y a quelques problèmes a signaler mais c'est partout pareil de toute manière, pas plus pas moins pour ce restaurant

Very boring but very easy. I didn't understand what was happening a lot of the time. Co-workers were nice but managers hardly helped out. Customers were very rude and exhausting. Felt underpaid and overworked

The managers are very respectful and are very understanding with anything you might need it's a good work environment everyone gets along and always helping each other out

Easy work, low pay.

Management could be difficult to work with at times. They respected time off requests most of the time. If you keep to yourself, the job will be decent, but the pay doesn’t keep up with inflation.

Ca n'a pas été une bonne expérience, entre les managers qui se plotent dans la chambre froide, l'harcèlement sexuel et moral dont les managers et le directeur était au courant et n'en n'ont eu jamais rien à faire les gens qui volent, ceux qui en faisaient bien trop vers la fermeture pour pouvoir prendre tout ce qui restait et j'en passe.. passez votre chemin, on vous traite comme moins que rien

To me, it was an awful experience, because I learned nothing but getting my service team destroyed and my confidence to the ground it was loping long hours disrespecting people could literally shot in the face without you, having to answer a single word

it was horrible. the worst place I've ever worked, the pay was terrible, management was bad, equipment constantly broke, customers were mean, food was gross. nastiest place I've ever worked, couldn't pay me enough to go back.

Good Job but hard to get hours

I loved working here, then all of a sudden they closed down our restaurant and moved us to other stores. My hours got cut from 40+ hours a week to less than 20. Very disappointing.

La paga no es muy buena pero los trabajadores son agradables depende. Un día típico seria de 6 a 8 horas de trabajo con un ritmo bastante cambiante, los clientes pueden ser algo molestos

Only 1, 30 minute break if working over 6 hrs, terrible pay (less than 11.50 to start if you're lucky) for the amount of hard work you're required, LOTS of drama from kids under 18 years. The GM Cassie over the Fremont OH store is a spacecase when it comes to scheduling and does not treat employees equal. Its also a $2million a day store so extremely busy and usually VERY understaffed

En si no había mal ambiente de trabajo lo que si que la encargada asiática tenía muy malas formas de hablar impaciente irrespetuosa. El gerente una gestión horrible. Los compañeros muy buenos lo demás fatal jefes y gerentes les doy un cero me sentido incomprendida y nadie me a echado una mano la única eliette una gran encargada compañera y trabajadora. No volvería nunca a ese burger King.

Les équipiers et managers sont agréables, on apprend directement sur le tas tout en ayant un didacticiel en ligne à compléter. Il est possible en revanche de ne pas être formé à tous les postes lors des premiers mois

While working at Burger King I was young and just needed a quick paycheck. It’s a good first job for teens I wouldn’t recommend working there past the age of 20.
