Was on the gen team. Boss was not professional and ended up leaving after a year. Boss also got fired after I left. Other than that the rest of the bosses were ok to work with and they were good with teaching you in other fields around the shop

Nope. Nope. Nope.

Constant drama unlike anything I’ve dealt with. Would go back to working at a prison over this job and it has nothing to do with work or the people on the floors. Company will back management and sweep everything else under the rug.

Old Fashioned

The company focuses on people only as much as they have to. They are old fashioned when it comes to people practices, ways of working, and employee empowerment. Being a "good leader" has nothing to do with how you manage your people, only about how you manage up.

Hectic place to be overworked

Don’t work here. This company will have u working like it’s life or death all day because they are always behind on orders & then you get 10 minutes to take a long walk to the break room to sit for 4.68 seconds then crawl back and work at the same speed for more hours then your itsy bitsy lunch break comes, your lucky if you can even touch the microwaves, just bring a cold sandwich or buy some chips or you’ll starve if you don’t suffocate from the paint in the air first buddy.

Terrible place to work

Poor management and no home work balance. You see coworker’s more than your family. If company sends you home early you are pointed for it. And don’t count on getting raise every year. The one thing you can count on is working 12hr days 6 days a week

Thankless place to work

Minimal .20 raise yearly. Few chances to advance unless you KNOW the right people. People treated as just warm bodies with zero consideration for personal lives. Reduction of OT means the same amount of work is expected in fewer hours.

Fast Pace

Picking orders is fast pace job but doable once you get the hang of the antiquated computer system and it's quirks. Mostly good helpful co-workers. Do your job and you get left alone.

Supervisor was a total jerk

Very good place to work if you get along well with your particular supervisor, liked job, did not like some of the supervisors the job went straight to there head and they also played favorites with certain people

Management Can Be Very Counterproductive, The Work Environment Leaves A Lot To Be Desired, Benefits Are Above Average But (Red Tape) Makes Some Difficult To Acquire When Needed…

Learned a lot with tools

We usually work 8 hour shifts but have moved to 10 hour shifts currently. I have learned a lot with different tools and areas. I have enjoyed my few interactions with some of the management. I have also had some issues with other employees and it was never handled or even addressed. Most of the people are nice but no shortage of rude/lazy ones as well. Hardest part of the job is standing around for hours bored. Most enjoyable part is when it's time to go home. I originally absolutely loved my job and still do but working with some people make it harder then it needs to be, mentally and physically.

They treat u like a piece of dirt on your shoe. would not recommend job to anyone unless they like being picked on by team leaders/managers. stay away

Boring job for decent money

Especially when you are working on Takt time. Friendly and helpful staff. Cheap meals. When they see you doing your part good you will stuck there forever so I can't imagine working there longer then 1 or 2 years.

Production is good

It was decent for a beginner welder job, but the pay for the new contracts are horrible, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest, I took the buyout for 2k lol

No Work life balance. Toxic culture

Honestly some of the people were great. However recruiting lies about the hours. I was told that I would work Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am and I would have every friday-sunday off. I might have got one Friday a month off bc of "mandatory overtime". They underpayment you for the type of work it is. Keep telling you they hit record profits but also can't afford to pay more. Make up new reasons are goal shares go down even reasons outside of our control. Like the 2 million dollar machine they purchased that keeps breaking. HR is a joke they continously 'loose you paperwork' or straight up try to avoid you. They don't want to do thier job even for something as simple as an accommodation sheet. It's ridiculous.

Production and fun work

It pays the bills and builds character also not a bad job it’s what you make of it. Early morning shift or graveyard shift whatever you prefer they have it.

Work is relatively easy to perform.

The pay is decent , however training is not a strong suit at this establishment.There is potential available in this plant however sustainable systems MUST be put in place to draw better quality workers and more competitive pay needs to be available especially for fork lift workers.

You bump into another persons cart without reporting it you get a strike this place is not for men it’s for whiny human if you want to get far, make sure you tattletale every single day
