I enjoyed my regular customers and some of my co workers but when management allows the kitchen staff to run things it causes problems. I liked my set schedule.

Weird

Easy job, but the managers played favorites and it was weird. The people who were there the longest got special treatment which isnt anything new, but they knew it and would take advantage of other people because of it.

Does not care about employees

I could go on and on but the gist is like any other chain, you are just a cog in a machine and they don’t care about you or your needs. They don’t respect your schedule at all and will blame you for scheduling mistakes.

It was ok.

It was ok gm was not the best when I worked their but over all loved most of the staff. Very frustrating when customers were wrong and rude and we would get the heat sometimes

Fun

Great tips and fun atmosphere More than half the waitstaff had been there over 3 years and I like seeing consistent results in food greatness. Loved it

Your best bet is to keep quiet and work

Boo

Not great. Poor tips and not great management. Won’t put your on full time hours so they don’t have to give you health insurance and such. Would not return.

Ehh

I started as a host for a few weeks As soon as I started I was expected to do more then what was actually in my job descriptionIt slowly got worseI felt excluded in the work environmentIt wasn't a horrible job but i didn't love it The pay was ok but I only got about 3 hours a day I was also told they didn't know they fired me when they removed me from being able to log into HotSchedulesThe first manager I met was really niceBut I didn't see him a lot after I started work It's not a horrible place to work but I was often alone and didn't really become part of the team The hardest part of the job was the environmentA typical day I would have to sit everyone I was told by the servers to take drink ordersClean there tablesAs well as sweep the floor (I was told to do this Check the bathroomWash the doors off Tell the servers how many are at there tables

Good pay, management could be better

Typical day at work was pretty busy especially weekends. Good place to work at that gives great pay, everyone was very friendly, only issue was head management; felt that there was favoritism, and can be intimidating often. Hardest part of job was trying to keep up with so many orders, but that can be fixed by managing your time better. Most enjoyable part of the job was the pay and nice coworkers.

Don’t work here!

Horrible management. Horrible work environment. Always short staffed and expect you to pull the extra weight, while your manager sits in the office doing ‘paperwork’.

good people but weird system. feel like it could be more organized. i learned a lot though. to go or food running is the best for a teen in my opinion

fun job, easy, not stressful, easy scheduling. great management and great work and life balance. never had any problems while working here. and job is pretty easy and great as a hs student

Amazing place to work

This was hands down the best restaurant I worked for. The management team was amazing and really cared about you. Teamwork is huge there and creates a wonderful work environment.

Management was bad

Overall it was a great place to work I loved my job, until they were making cover everyone shift, making me work doubles every single day. It was a very tiring job. The management was not very good.

Like Family

Great place to work, each and every job is what you make of it. You can quickly work your way up the ladder and development management skills. Its an amazing place to be.

Go good job , good tips. Mangers are not strict if your looking for a fast way to make money apply her , tips are good especially on a Friday or Saturday during football season.

Its alright

Its really just alright. Theres not much more to it. They have you “help out” and stay busy even when youve already done everything in your job description, but its not bad.

Only the people I worked with made it good

First off management sucked. 3 of 5 managers quit within a week bc of the GM. They play favorites & don't hide it. They don't know how to schedule, hire you for one job & take it away, give u another job WAS NOT trained but thrown to the wolves. The place is brand new & will not last. Do not recommend this as a good job.

Lazy co-workers not doing there job

The managers are lazy and sit on their behinds and in the office all day and night long. They don’t help when needed, only when not wanted, and then they complain that the employees are lazy. Which 3/4 is true but also they don’t give recognition to the ones that go above and beyond doing their job and others and other positions that are not theirs. They also don’t give recognition to the ones that actually come to work to work and try and move up the ladder. I believe I learned a lot more than I knew before working here, but I wished I was recognized and rewarded for the hard work that I put in. There are a lot of workers who come in and work three times as hard as the managers. The managers can’t even order the correct amount of product that we need, or help us when we need help with customer to make their experience better. The manager don’t help with simple tasks when employees are busy or very backed up. They also take all day breaks and give every employee up to 30 to 45 mins to eat, roll their silverware, restock, and finish the last tables they have.

Not bad

not a bad place to work, do your job get paid and you will be fine, money is okay just not consistent. definitely a good part time job for anyone who need it
