Vacation is not the best. A lot of ot. Cant really plan trips. Last minuet notice if you get vacation approved. Only 2 15 min breaks. 30min lunch. Tbey expect you to know everything when you start.

Empresa com sérios problemas de Gestão

Clima tóxico, gestão sem ética, perseguição e opressão contras os novos. Até eles saírem, infelizmente é uma empresa com alto índice de processos trabalhistas, devido a condução de gestores incompetêntes. A cultura da empresa é oprimir seus funcionário usando o método de manufatura enxuta, trabalhando com número de funcionários negativos, sendo assim explorando a mão de obra. Empresa com graves índice de afastamento por doença de trabalho. Empresa que não investe em melhoras, tem ferramentas na linha dos anos 90.

Hard work

If you can keep up this would be an amazing place to work for. If not then good luck finding help to keep you up to pace. Parts are constantly missing or are wrong, and usually take too long to get replacements or correct parts.Some areas have no wind circulation so on days that are 95+ degrees really suck if you happen to be placed in those areas. same goes for when its wintertime.

Pays the bills, alright place to work for. Nothing special. Work life balance is good. Nothing really bad or good about it. Benefits are good. Management isn’t great.

Frustrating place to work

Has it's highs and lows. There is plenty of work to be had, communication between the floor and management isn't the greatest. Overall fair pay and good benefits, lots of different areas to work. There is a just get it done attitude that makes it hard to problem solve. It's a revolving door of people in and out. Could be better could be worse

Fast paced with fair pay and good benefits. I've done a lot more for a lot less.

What is the best part of working at the company?Fair pay. Plenty of overtime opportunities. And they are willing to train in other departments that jobs are internally open. However this is only after being employed by them for x amount of time with no attendance infractions. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Production rates are almost impossible to reach and they push Production. They don't allow a person to put in enough time to fully learn a job b4 moving them if they are not reaching expectations. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?First shift is always throwing 3rd shift under the bus for anything and everything they can. At least in the welding department.
