Buen lugar para trabajar, tambien buen horario, pagan tiempo extra, el comesor si es caro es lo malo de trabajar ahi, capacitaciones constantes, se recomienda.

Decent well paying job

The work I did for DHL at Case New Holland was easy. You put parts onto carts and push those carts to an assembly line where CNH employees assemble skid steers. Lots of overtime was available. 55 hour work weeks were common. Twice a year CNH usually had a week off of production and DHL usually woul allow you to take that week off as well but offered work if you needed it. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed the people I worked with.

Simple but can be stressful

Great job and career starter. Pay is good and you have your weekends off. Management on teams can go either way but overall a good place There is room for growth within the company

I would recommend working here i learned a lot of different things. Management changes a lot the culture of the place is wide range for the most part

It was just underneath okay

Very easy job. Just a lot of favoritism and micro management. Supervisors and Operations Managers abuse their roles. Worked there for 10 months. It was long but the job itself isn’t bad more so the management. Also HR automatically sides with operations and supervisors.

Fun place to work

It’s a great place to work management is great very small group close like family. And the work is very rewarding but it’s hard during business season and the company has strict rules about cellphones. But overall I’d recommend anyone to work with there.

El problema principal, es que los clientes piden cosas y siempre se intenta dar la razón, lo que genera perdida de liderazgos y de hacer cosas que no son beneficiosas e impactan en la organización (impactando en Sindicato, Ambiente Laboral, aumento de carga laboral excesiva)

Love the pace and great people in management

DHL offers competitive pay with opportunities for growth. Many different jobs available especially over the entire metroplex. The have 4 different shifts at my location which is helpful and they do offer some overtime.

Staff didn't care

Most of the other drivers didn't care enough about the parcels, throwing them around the warehouse. I'm surprised anyone got their delivery in one piece.

Good environtment

Recommended for long run, good benefit. Up to date technology and offi ce. Flexible working hours. Manager very helpful. Anual bonus and can work remotely

If your decent then you can make some money but that is it.

Work was decent.Management can play games with you to work harder with empty promises during the busy periods. The hardest part of the job was caring about work after the lies become obvious.The most enjoyable part of work was the people you get to joke with.

Just keep your head down and do your job. Nothing is too hard and some of the supervisors are really good. I do have reservations about some of the leadership team, especially that of the front office.

Entreprise attractive et humaine mais trop tournée productivité et finance

Des décisions qui sont souvent déconnectés des réalités. Focus productivité et finance au détriment parfois de bien-être des collaborateurs, même si certaines personnes disent le contraire. Un management direct parfois trop direct.
