Dhl nin genel olarak müşteri memnuniyeti politakası çerçevesi içerisinde, işçi çok ezilmek te, buna çözüm üretecek yönetici yok. Ayrıyen samimi yönetici yok işine özveriyle sarılan yok.

We truly stand for meritocracy and professionalism at all levels, so it saddens us to hear that you are not having this experience in your Istanbul branch, especially when it comes to the managerial structure.We would like to herby invite you to approach senior management or your HR department with all your concerns and improvement suggestions. Robotlaştırılmış operasyon çalışanlarıOperasyon çalışanlarına fazla iş yükü yüklüyorlar.Sözde operasyon Dhl expressin göz bebeği şeklide hitap ediliyor ama kesinlikle alakası yok.Çok iş az para .Kariyer planı için çalışmaktan çok şef yada müdürünüze yakın olmanız yeterli. Koskoca Dhl express gibi bir firma ancak bu kadar amatör yönetilebilir. Üst yönetimin kargo toplama-dağıtım olayından haberleri yok.Yıllardır günü kurtarmak için çalışılan bir firma.

Güzel bir etiket, fakat asla kalmalık bir yer değil

Maaşlar piyasaya göre çok düşük, ne yazık ki emeğimizin karşılığını alamıyorsunuz adına kanmayın.Yine de güzel bir lojistik okulu, buradan başka yerlere geçiş yapmanız mümkün. Çok şey öğrenirsiniz. Tecrübe açısından güzel bir yer. Yan hakları yok (bayramda bile ikramiyesi yok) setcard veriyor yemek için. Sürekli herkesi yükseleceksin diye motive edip aldatıyorlar. (Beyaz yaka transport planner ım)

Very dynamic and active line of work. Always something happening and you try to keep the ball rolling. Working with a huge fleet of aircraft round the clock was demanding but fulfilling.
