In daily basis, I am responsible for purchasing, industrial and logistics costs which are related to production processes. And also, other departments of office have some ad-hoc demands. In Danone, I learnt how to think in finance and budget perspective. Managing time and relationships. Culture in workplace can be so challanging. Because I need a lot of informations from other departments such sales, puchasing, logistics. And when I demand some outputs I may face some difficulties to get those because other departments have their own responsibilities. It is important to manage these kind of difficulties. Seeing what is happening in the plants are the most enjoyable part of my job.

Sales and Budget Controlling - Monthly reports for the purpose of preparing the budget of the next year - Trade Term Audit collaborated with Internal Audit team (controlling the delivery process of goods and services) - Collecting and auditing the borrowing contracts (loan agreements) based on regulations - Detailed SPA/invoice control and detection of errors and serious problems caused by distributors & customers (Especially, issues on VAT imposition) - Comprehensive use of Microsoft Office programs & SAP BW
