EY is a great workplace to develop your skills and knowhow including industry knowledge. A typical day at work is full of customer-site consulting tasks using your laptop and connecting to various EY tools and services. Great people to work with although there are extremely tough competition between managers and above. Great corporate culture with great values.
Flexible hours, top opportunities for self development, quality of services, quality of extra benefits
Low salary, work-life balance, extreme inner competition, overloaded responsibilities for manager and above
EY is a very good place to work: the people are respectful to each other and you can develop yourself in many ways. You can gain a global vision in addition to great experience. The only problem in EY is that low salary policy.

We're working with great people and are exposed to a range of alternative perspectives, building lifelong relationships and networks. We gain lots of experience that we need to progress and develop as well as learning many different sectors. Management coach employees to help improve their work performance.
The worldwide known company owns its success to the work discipline and punctuality. However the culture of the company lacks the stress management. Customer satisfaction is more important than employee satisfaction which can be frustrating sometimes.
It is my first job experience and I am happy to start working in one of the Big Four companies. Ernst and Young is a very successful company and managers I work with are really trying to teach their experiences to the unexperienced ones.
I have started my professional career in this place.
I have attended many trainings in Turkey and also in other European countries.
