What is the best part of working at the company?Quick and clean and always smiling faces What is the most stressful part about working at the company?As someone who worked as fry guy for five guys the most stressful part is keeping up with fresh fry’s as we Cut whole potato’s and cook When the Order is placed. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Young smiling faces will always be in the kitchen or at the register. Safety and sanitary are always first when it comes to closing or opening What is a typical day like for you at the company?Pull two bags from Dining area to back and the begin cutting and washing process. Then bucket 4-5 buckets and set near fryers for the first half of the day usually have to make another bag or two on weekends totaling fourPull meat from fridge and roll into meatballs before pressing and placing in cooler under the grill top.Pull onions and tomatoes and begin washing and cutting. Finally make sure all areas are ready 15-30 min before open

Prep for the day, get chewed out for something someone else did, work go home, free food is a plus, if you can read and write they will hire you to run a store

Some of the people there were awful. Upper management was bad at managing. Customers were always grumpy, but the job paid good. I was promised a promotion that I never got.

The pay and benefits are great, though the job is actually quite fun. Making milkshakes is very cool. You get free burgers and fries every time you work too…

They want alot from you but give less in return the hard workers get blamed alot while the lazy ones get away with a lot of things they shouldn't Growth there sucks

Good workplace

I had a lot of fun with my crew memvers and my manager, everyone was really nice and helpful. I was working in Ames,IA, so I can't really talk about other chains in the country.

Working here was fine, I just didn't like how condescending the managers were. The work itself was easy, but it does get a little stressful. That ice cream machine needs to go though.

The people weren't terrible. Everyone worked together to the job done at the end of the day. Managers are pretty nice people. The employees i worked with are gone now except maybe 3 or 4. 2 of them being management

Painful experience

The entire time i've worked there, I've been in nothing but pain, I've been consistently harassed, my grades have suffered, when I got sick with COVID, no one would tell me what the next steps were, I was constantly scared of injury and being sick and having to call off. Throughout the nearly 4 and a half months I've worked there, not a single new thing has been learned, even though I have asked. Scheduling, while having been told was flexible, has not been.

Lots of pressure, secret shoppers and audits all the time, very toxic work culture and unprepared mensagens, you will clean like a janitor and melt like you are in a sauna

Upper management gets paid more for exploiting crew members. Was lied to about promotion possibilities. Got injured on the job and I was treated poorly while recovering

While management is something that can be lacking at times, the job makes up for it with a good workplace culture, easy work, and free lunch. Those free lunches taste amazing.

Nice co-workers, Good tips and pay, The Cleaning list is crazy big, Which is a great thing. Very sanitary. There are set rules and guidelines for handling food that make it even safer to eat here. Would work here again.

It’s very pleasant working for the company but it’s also a lot of things with that I’ve experienced many of few things there it’s great work place some employees are really great and then there’s some who really shouldn’t work in the company but we all have them somewhere the job is steady stays busy and moving. I loved my position could have been batter but was good while working in the company

Très formateur et bon poste pour premier emploi. Cependant le management est à revoir, entre favoritisme et harcèlement l’ambiance de travail est vite toxique. C’est difficile de garder le moral

If you want a "clipboard manager" job this isn't the place for you.Managers at all levels do a lot of hands on work. The CEO/COO has worked on the grill during the lunch rush. The Regional managers and District managers do the same - they'll clean the dining room and take orders too.The GM is not only the leader, but also the first assistant everything. You should be the first to help the dishwasher, the first to help the grill guy, the first to help the cashier clean the lobby - but you should also be the first to walk away when you've helped them catch up.Hours are long and it can sometimes be stressful. But the pay and the bonuses used to be good (been a while since I worked there).

The company started off amazing, with a good management team that really cared about the staff, but ever since the management team changed everything started going downhill. It is indeed a fun working environment if you're surrounded by the right people, but beware of gossips and unnecessary drama. Other than that it was great, met some great people and friends. Salary's great with bonus but workload is quite intense and you wont really have time for yourself or your family/ loved ones, especially if you're working night shift.

Worked there for two years, met some amazing crew/ managers. Values weren't followed, managers had favourites. I'd rate it a 2 but the pay was really good
