I thank god I left Freudenberg Bursa plant. The new management and his people were playing a very good film script that they show "everything is great" to the upper management ; but actually not. The is a very huge mobbing at this place, threatening and stressing people.
All of my colleagues I left behind were seeking for a new job to get survived from Freudenberg. This is very sad because the real Freudenberg is not like that. People in other plants are different, because their management follows the basic discipline and rules of the company whereas Bursa plant doesnt.
Be aware of this location if you got a new job proposal. Propably they are going to put you on a problematic and demolished position and expect you to recover.
The new GM has an extraordinary ego, he tries to show off everytime that he is greater than everyone ; you can not give him any answer, you only have to say "Yes sir" otherwise, he starts mobbing on you.
Freudenberg Turkey has very terrible working conditions. You start working with a good salary thinking that I am in a very nice place which has a very introducing vision globally.
Freudenberg itself has a very good vision, but the plants and the management are very interesting. There has been a very high favoritism and the management is insane.
There is a guy (General Manager) 24/7 shouting at people for no reason, threatening them saying "I will fire you" ; giving nonsense decisions and give it up next day. Giving extraordinary good conditions at some managers and giving very low conditions at some people because he doesnt like them (personally).
It's amazingly stressfull and the very sad thing is Freudenberg global vision is very good, they are OK in global but not in Turkey. The new manager is out of mind and department managers are covering him because he gives them everything they want.
Working here is a regret....
