Fun place to work but not enough time off. Had to be at work extremely early. Not much work life balance. Does try to accommodate students schedules.

Stressful

Was a bad place to work they tore it down an made a chipotle there so all favor, manager was only kind to guys mean to the girls barely put on the schedule. But guys were getting 40 hr a week to do nothing

Work

It’s a fast food job. Easy work and easy money. That is all you need to know. Anyone can do this job. B. Takes no time at all to learn the job.

Its was booty

I was the only cook, and the only prep person I had to do it all by myself, and nobody else was expected to do it, but I was managers will tell you one salary, and then you will be being paid another

fun perfect high school job

it’s closed down now and what a shame, it was a great atmosphere for learning to work and becoming a team member. i had no idea how important that was until i grew up

Chaotic and interesting

The team dynamic at Hardee’s was fun, but otherwise the managers were not coordinated, I was the only one that cleaned, and a lot of the time I was simply not given hours.

Horrible place to work

I was miserable working there. You become a number and not a person. You don't matter to upper management at all. They do not care about their employees at all and will demote upper management in a heart beat.

Flexible Schedule

Work frontline & backline, help with food prep, wait on customers, make food. I learned how to multitask efficiently and at a fast pace. Learned how to effectively and efficiently handle guest complaints. Sometimes it was frustrating due to the only thing everyone had in common was the same daily goals and activities. Hardest part of the job is making service times when crew called off and dealing with upper management. Most enjoyable part of the job was seeing your regular customers daily.

Hard but rewarding work

Typical day come into work and clean everything in sight. Cook the burgers and fries. Wait on the customers. Run the cash register. Rinse and repeat.

Fun people, very inviting

Typical day at work is sometimes busy mostly during fridays and weekends but is still over all very enjoyable to work here. The coworkers and managers are friendly and I have felt very excepted into this job.

Overall

Terrible owner, management, restaurant. Owner is a terrible person. Workers usually nice. Food is subpar. Just overall I would not recommend eating here.

Product I've and awesome work place.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great crew, great customers and I enjoy the working experience. for the company brand. Biscuits made from scratch who doesn't love that. Great place to work nice clean and friendly guests are great as well as other co workers the staff goes iut and beyond giving it all also helping out at other locations

Slave labor and no good management

The management of the Hardee’s I worked at didn’t provide good leadership nor did they assist with helping out the team members they had. It was always a problem or cattiness happening between the employees and the customers that visited the location didn’t help. No opportunity for growth unless you were in the inner circle.

Short staffed. And ran out of food often. Over worked and under paid. It was very very very hard to get up and to go to that job but I really really needed moneys

Horrible mangers

Fussing fighting amongst the staff. No good mangers at all . Very unfair. Mangers have favorites , hire who they want to hire. Hated it there . Especi

It was great working here. Great managers and coworkers. I highly recommend this job as an entry level job for high schoolers. That’s when I worked there.
