Learing and fun place

Over all good sometimes I feel if manager doing the wrong no one can stop or say something second as per working company paying less salary bcz commodity and rest all needy products prices are increasing but company don't want to chsnge his structer

Nice place to work

It is actually a learning hub, where you can enhance your knowledge. Team and management you can say it great. Working culture is very good. But against the work load compensation is less.

Hul is the great organization...I work in hul 20 years . It was really great day . Now I am working in upl but hul is hul. Hul management is also good due to they are helpful....

Highly Fast Paced and Stressfull

Your job timings will be very much tight and you will have so much sales target pressureThe salary of the offrole people is very less. Unless they make incentives, things will be difficult for themBut salary for On Role people is really good and upto industrial standards

Excellent work place to learn & grow

Nice place to work & learn. Salary structure is very good. Leaver is market leader. Every one loves to join a Lever. But one has to be very active in mind calculation as you have to remember the TUR of many products as they have vast range in all categories.

YES we have recreation room where we have TT Table , Carom , Chess , Badminton , Cricket & Jim also .

There is day-wise activates like ( Tracker, Follow-ups ) for project-related and routine work related to customer support. Time management, handling deferent types of a customer over the phone and face to face, providing training to users. Management provides training whenever any new project starts and every year they use to have training workshops for the development of employees on various topics. As far as my experience I enjoyed each and every movement of job in tremendous pressure also and every day.

very congenial work atmosphere

Most enjoyable part is networking with people and getting things done by coordination I got overhauled in this Company Management is easily approachable and no heirarchy WOrk place culture is like that of a family , very friendly really A typical day at work used to fly in no time as it will keep me engaged I learnt everything from everyone around me and what I am today I owe it to HLL Hardest part of the job is getting things done rightfuly. Only when we use influence and tact work can happen with some people
