It was a good experience but they lack professionalism. Scheduling was okay to good. Hardest part was working 9:30pm - 4am.

Pass

Employee health not a priority. Did not care about much except for getting you in to work even during Covid. The manager is very nice but disorganized overall

Starting job

Worked at four different locations for five years. Only one was great to work at but the wage was horrible. You have to work holidays even christmas which I find disgusting. Its a good stepping stone but long term you should look elsewhere. Corporate is also horrible.

Fast paced

Ok job out of high school, was a busy location compared to other restaurants in area. Depends on management, I only worked nights and all of us got along

Micromanaging and others not doing anything

The managers and gm always micromanaged with everyone that was doing thier job and not doing anything about the people who were not doing their job. The night staff specifically is never treated fairly or appreciated.

Fun place to work great people here!! I miss working the nightshift at Ihop.. I looked forward to going to work every day, never a dull moment.. 😁😁

Good enough to work until you can get a better paying job

Not stressful. Just get the job done. Depends on the day (weekends). Just get the job done and you will be good. They will make sure you stay below hours so you don't get benefits.

It's a very good place to work at

It's a very good place to work at if you don't mind kids playing you trying to work that is reason I quit IHOP I work their 2and a half years the only reason I quit because of the kid like to play when I'm trying to work other then that and I didn't think that was far when they took the kid side when I work their 7 days a week and that kid only work 3days a week but every thing happens for a reason

Family Oriented

Very nice people to work with. I enjoyed my overall experience. Great management and co-workers. Very helpful staff!! I was always assisted immediately when I needed help.

great place

managers were nice and the place was spotless. it gets super busy with the threat of snow so the place gets packed on cold days. it is an easy commute from anywhere in the area.

Ok place

Just a stepping stone wouldn't stay there forever. You can use this job as experience to get to next level. It's an ok job for that but not career sorry just my opinion

bad management

Very unfair when it comes to the servers. Didn't really care if people were sick or hurting as long as they had people on the floor they didn't worry about anything.

Great place to work. Made good money during the holidays and it’s a great job for part time hours if you’re a student or just looking for some extra cash

Horrible Customers in Toledo!!

I was a third shift server at the talmadge rd location and the management was good. The employees worked so much harder than they should. These customers that we had to put up with were ridiculous. Large fights, food thrown, pennies thrown at me, spit on, drinks thrown at the window, cussing out minors on holidays. I feel bad for the good workers here having to deal with all the nonsense that happens there.

Fun place to work

Great atmosphere and the people were nice. Best work morning shifts. Flexible schedule when I was there, I was working full time very reasonable supervisor.

Easy high school job

Management was bad, minimum wage pay. Only worked nights after school so not as busy. Day crew and night crew did not get along so there was a lot drama and fighting
