decent job for the pay

Management was annoying sometimes, but it was overall a decent place to work at. The customers were usually the most frustrating part of the job but that's basically every job ever

Out going place to work!

I worked for In-N-Out for a little over a year when I was about 17 years old and I absolutely loved it! The company genuinely cares about their employees and it really shows through management and the company. If your a student or a parent you really couldn't go wrong working here as they are very family oriented and make sure you are where you need to be mentally and physically.

Happy workplace with plenty of room to advance

Working at In-N-Out has provided me with quick thinking and problem solving skills, as well as managing my time and dealing with costumers. My coworkers and managers are always so ready to help out and make sure we all run a smooth and happy shift. The only issue is how strict the dress code is. It’s not really all that big of a deal but I think colored hair, piercings and tattoos (granted, you can have them, they just need to be covered) has zero affect on the quality of the food so completely ruling out those things is unnecessary. Allowing employees to express themselves even in uniform allows for an even healthier workplace and happier employees generally.

Great paying job and fun experience!

This was the best first job I could have ever had. I made so many of my friends there and the shifts were always fun and upbeat! I love the concept of levels here because you’re always working towards something. I will always recommend this job! And a lot of opportunities for advancement

Great place to work

It was nice. I definitely miss it from time to time. Goid pay and good manager. It’s stressful because of the drive through but definitely worth it plus they work with you. You’re not hung out to dry.

Fun and fast paced work environment

This was my first job, and I felt very welcomed t the family immediately upon starting. Everyone was super helpful in answering any of my questions and I really feel like I got the hang of the job quickly.

Flexible and Mangeable

Hard work but you are awarded not only by raises when you deserve them, but also great pay when you start. Great managers and amazing flexibility of schedule.

Good

Best part about this job was that the food was fresh and meat was juicy. I always get a double double no onion and an animal fry. They also do root beer floats

Toxic

Very toxic workplace. Management did not care about anyone or anything except the numbers and moving the cars in the drive thru. So much toxicity and the managers didn’t care if you complained.

Fast paced work environment

Great first job! Very fast paced and detail oriented but overall a good place to work. Training can be hard to come by because there are a lot of associates, but it is easy to progress through the levels.

Great company

Great company values, good pay as a first time job. Delicious food, all fresh. Lots of shifts available. Mostly good and fun managers. Good work culture. Can be stressful, but it’s good experience. Free lunch. 10 minute breaks.

Friendly Fun Environment, Hard job

The job itself is a lot of work and it is very easy to get burnt out. They work you long periods without breaks and when we are short-staffed it can become overwhelming and stressful very quickly. The place is very clean and it is a great business, but it is hard to be constantly overworked.

Great place to work, iffy company

To preface, my experiences have all been over the past two years as a part time employee.Fast paced, they emphasize “always staying busy”. Managers care about you. Flexible schedule. I’ve always had an intense hatred for the uniforms, but the pay made it worth it (started at $17/hr). Almost everyone I work with is friendly. I quit mainly because of the company’s values. They donated thousands and thousands of dollars to the California Republican Party. There are bible verses on cups and throughout videos we’re required to watch. We have to give discounts to police officers, but no one else. As I learned more about these things, it just became harder for me to work there. There are a lot of insensitive undertones. I’m just embarrassed.

Good Fast Paced Work but Intense

Coworkers are very friendly but the overall atmosphere is quite intense and complicated for a fast food job. Time flies by quickly and the food is great though.

Fast-paced and Fun Work Environment

As you start it’s a little difficult trying to keep up, but everyone is helpful and they always guide you in the right direction. Super flexible with hours and accommodating for people with school or other responsibilities. Love them like family! Definitely could be a long term option.

Great Place To Work

I worked here for about 3 months and loved it. Pay was great, free shift meal. The team at my location was fantastic, and that can really make the job great.

Great opportunity to enter into management positions, if that's what you're seeking. Good pay. Positive work environment. A free burger and fries on days you work. Benefits, for part-time and full-time employees.

Great company to work for.

Its everything you would expect from a big name like In-n-Out. Since day 1 the guys have made me feel at home. I show up to work excited because i believe we are part of something big as the warehouse team. Very good environment. As my boss said without wastewater production can't run. So its my job to ensure my department is on point so we production never runs into any issues. My job as a Wastewater Operator has always been more than a paycheck to me i love what i do. So i got the opportunity to join a great team and doing something that i love. I think im set here.If you've seen the movie "fury"All i can say is "BEST JOB IVE EVER HAD"

Consistent and Rewarding

The hours are very consistent and the job itself is manageable if you work at a good pace. Unless you want to work during the day there is not much room for growth
