There are good service at Pander and nice passion to costumes. Everyone work hard includ the management. Our team work together. Hardest part is breaking not enough.

It was alright

It was alright to work here not too bad I just got tired of working in a restaurant and doing a job I wasn’t getting payed for. Overall good starting job

It's ok, not my favorite place to work. The managers are good depending on who you have, easy to request days off. Overall not too bad, just wanted something different.

A lot of work but good pay if you're up for it.

The environment was fun among the coworkers, the drawback was being severely understaffed constantly which made you feel overworked. As a manager you don't really have a life-work balance because even on your days off you're still working or helping the store in many ways. The pay is phenomenal though.

Ok workplace

The pay is good but you have to work for it. Some locations are ok to work at if you have a good manager but if you don’t, working here is not fun. Also higher ups are very strict.

Good pay, just sometimes stressful

Honestly one of the better companies I've worked for, good pay, free food on breaks. Sometimes it's stressful but it honestly never got that bad. I would recommend.

Fast paced, positive and fun environment

Panda Express takes care of their employees with flexible scheduling, quick accrual of pto, and many more benefits. High expectations and standards, but pays very well.

Bad management, some immature staff, not great environment for neuro-divergent people

Most people were alright, some are grown adults acting like immature teenagers. The work was easy- its a buffet style fast food. It did get busy but its doable, but management will belittle you while they micromanage the simplest tasks, also favorited staff will belittle you too. That's as nice as I can be. Most staff members were chill, some weren't. If youre neuro-divergent, I don't recommend trying to work at Panda Express. I had a lot of issues trying to get accommodation's to actually happen when I told them in the interview about my condition and accommodation's I'd need.They give you one 15 minute break for a 6 1/2-7hr shift- just to have time to eat your meal, so it isn't worth having a break but you have to take it. if you were looking to work 8 hours shifts to ensure a 30 minute break- they'll cap your scheduled time to 7hrs & 30mins so you just get the short small break. Unless you wanted to work for 12 hours instead of 8 to get the hour long break...Also the major holidays got blocked off by two weeks a lot of months in advance, so that means that they don't rotate staff between either major holiday's (aka if you got Thanksgiving off, you dont get Christmas off or vise versa) not very "family orientated" work value of them- but if you need a paycheck, its decent money for the work and the work environment. The management is good with the numbers, but not personable or good with their employees.

Great job for highschool students to start

Loved the start I worked with. Worked as a team. Management at first was not great but had a new manager after that and she was great to work with. Great as a first job when you’re a teenager

Stressful

Meh it’s stressful only take if you can handle the stress pays really well and if you can kiss butt enough to get promoted a lot of discrimination in the higher ups

Great pay but no life for those with a family

Panda pays great but the hours worked are unpredictable. You can schedule your schedule for next week and the Friday prior they tell you that there’s a mandatory meeting all day. They don’t offer sick or holiday pay like other companies

Stressful management and anxiety inducing

Some of the people that work there are great. However, management admits to favoritism and they are hypocritical most times. The money is good though.

Its was okay

It was okay, regular fast food job. had to do drive thru a whole bunch and never released got training. so i just looked at what others did and copied them

Fast pace

Fast place environment. You have to be quick, but some team members are nice and helpful. Management was good and nice. Always in your feet because it can be very busy.

productive fun place to work at

panda is a fun place to work at definitely the people you work with make the job enjoyable, I have built good relationships with all my coworkers and even my managers.

Disciplined but pay isn’t enough for the amount of work you’re responsible for

VERY fast paced during rush hours, management would watch over CCTV and you basically just have to look occupied to do even if you’ve finished everything. Pay isn’t enough for the amount of work they expect you do to since we aren’t allowed to take tips.

Stressful

Always on your feet. It can get very hot and you can get some interesting customers since it is fast food, they're mostly hangry. Great coworkers make it easier to deal.

Fun but stressful

I had a fun time working. The pay was the best I ever had. The work place environment could get tiresome, Be prepared for a strict atmosphere. Management was okay

Decent pay but hit or miss with coworkers

Been working here for a year and so far not too bad. They give raises every 6 months or so and easy enough job. Not too busy in the mornings or nights, cashiers make $15 while cooks make $17-$18.

Conflictive and fast-pace work place

Management was terrible and would often drive people away, stressful work environment built up by long work lines and customers who are being rushed by their bus. Staff could get into conflict often times as the job is filled with younger people but it can be fun sometimes as there are some good people there. The job can be easy sometimes but usually difficult for different reasons, I would say they need to bump the salary up and people would stay longer.
