Bad management

Managers are very rude and don’t appreciate their workers as they should. Easy quick hours when they’re not there but if they are, prepare for a long day. On a slow day, they’ll find something for you to do that you never thought you’d be doing.

Good pay, and fast paste

Good place to work at part time, very busy & decent pay. Customer service is a must, during lunch hours we will get very busy, so having patience, great attitude and working quickly is a must. Things get hectic time to time so don’t hesitate to ask for a 10 min break to drink some water & reset.

fun but and productive environment

good workspace with good bosses, but had to be extremely quick while working during a rush. everyone was really nice as long as you did your part and job

decent but demanding at times

it’s a nice place to work for the pay, offer decent benefits if full time. if you want to you can move up fairly quickly, but it does take effort and you have to be able to take criticism well

Fun at times

There were management issues, but a very productive job. I learned how to do several tasks well, even under pressure. The employees were questionable.

Productive, great first job

Very fast paced, time goes by quick. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. Always ask questions. Lots of opportunities to grow and move up from positions.

Ok job. Busy days make the day go by fast. Management is ok. The closing of the restaurant can be stressful if not enough people on the clock. Overall ok

Great work environment

I used to work at Panda Express and though the days would be hectic (customer-wise), the team I worked with made all the difference. Our manager was very sweet and understanding and was always encouraged us to do our best. It’s a great first job for anyone in high school or starting college.

Weekends are awful

Nobody ever wants to work weekends, makes it a living nightmare. Management is nice, but the hours they give is either to the point of having little to no rest, or barely able to live

Good pay, just sometimes stressful

Honestly one of the better companies I've worked for, good pay, free food on breaks. Sometimes it's stressful but it honestly never got that bad. I would recommend.

Its was okay

It was okay, regular fast food job. had to do drive thru a whole bunch and never released got training. so i just looked at what others did and copied them

Decent pay but hit or miss with coworkers

Been working here for a year and so far not too bad. They give raises every 6 months or so and easy enough job. Not too busy in the mornings or nights, cashiers make $15 while cooks make $17-$18.

Good place to get work experience. A lot of training is given to employees. Flexible schedules are available. Management is constantly asks for employees feedback

Fantastic place to work along with great coworkers. Everyone worked as a team and I had a lot of fun! Definitely would recommend for a first time job.

friendly management but hectic schedules. Its easy to learn and very fast paced. On days where few customers come by, team leaders kept us busy with cleaning and keeping everything spotless.

As an ex-employee at Panda Restaurant, I had a mixed experience during my time there. Firstly, I appreciated the company's commitment to providing excellent customer service. Communication between management and employees sometimes lacked clarity, resulting in confusion and misunderstandings. Additionally, the workload could be overwhelming, especially during peak hours, and adequate staffing levels were occasionally lacking.On a positive note, the company showed dedication to employee growth and development. Opportunities for advancement and additional training were available, which helped me gain valuable skills and knowledge. Moreover, the management was approachable and open to feedback.In terms of compensation, the pay was reasonable considering the industry standards, but it could have been more competitive to attract and retain top talent.Overall, working at Panda Restaurant was a mixed experience. While there were areas for improvement, the company's dedication to customer service and employee development made it a worthwhile experience.

Fun place to work

Food is delicious and place is fun. Panda Express has affordable food for customers and the location is great. I recommend working here if you want a part time job.

Productive and Strict

Panda is a good place to work. The managers are on top of you regarding your work uniform being cleaned and ironed every shift. This job shows you how to be responsible and managing your time.

Great job for highschool students / college I felt pay was good and my manager at the time was amazing. At time schedule was flexible being part time now I’m not sure as most places are short staffed
