I had been working for one of the biggest FMCG companies for 10 years. I conducted several positions and this enabled me to learn the business both from consumer and retailer aspects. I know how to deeply understand consumer behavior, build strong long-term relations with retailers, analyze the root cause of business problems and manage people with empathy.
And also PMI is a company that offers plenty of training opportunities, so I learned effective communication and negotiation skills within experience in coordination and teamwork. Besides my presentation skills have reached a very effective level.
As to the hardest part of the job, the legal regulations about tobacco industry in Turkey restricts creativity and productivity. In addition, the daily routine of the job and the duties must have to do, like visits to retailers and complete the monthly target number of visits took your all time which you could evaluate to develop new projects.
