the job is what you expect. There will be good days and bad days just gotta push through, Red Robin as a great culture and great people. The bosses try their best to take care of you

“Smexual hariament “ is not a concern for the company and they will continue to ignore it. Management has favorites and will not hide it. You can make money though.

It can be fun, just focus on your work and you're good

come in set up and wait for the lunch crowd to start coming in, serve them as quick as possible, clean your tables, and do your sidework. Go Home Management started off well but then they kinda went into the crapper when they started moving and changing people around.For the most part it was a good team when they showed up. but it was fun times if you just stay to yourself. The hardest part would have to be the other servers and sometimes the kitchen. The most enjoyable part was the customers and the good food. I learned to just focus on my job and keep personal relationships away from business

A pleasant place to work

Red Robin has a wonderful management team that works with you through out your shifts as needed to make sure you succeed (I was a server). If it wasn't for health issues that deprecated my ability to serve guest to my standards (I come from Central FL theme parks, and have very high self standards), I would most definately still be working there. The team there is fantastic, the hours are good, and like I said above the managers are some of the best I've had in my 30 year hospitality career.

Great for learning, bad for living

Great place to learn the ropes of bartending as you will be put through the paces, but your compensation is minimal due to red robins corporate hositility towards compensating service level employees.

easy job that went by fast

Loved working here back in highschool! Easy job with fun people around. you are on your feet the whole time, but time goes by fast because you are constantly moving!

It needs better management

The need a lot of help they don’t like to listen to team members. The won’t get rid of poor pro formers. The quality has gone down. They will bring in people from slower stores that can’t handle high volume and then blame the staff

Pretty good

As long as you can hustle you can make it. The days can be long but very worth it. Always smile and get those fry fills out asap. Every manger I've had was great

Productive and fun workplace

Great place to work and grow. Really enjoyed my time learning how to provide excellent customer service and hospitality in a fast paced environment. Would recommend.

What is the best part of working at the company?There are some good people that work here. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management is the worst. Lots of favoritism. Manager who does schedule is obsessed with getting attention of young female staff.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic! You will walk on egg shells here. Turnover is rampant.

Standard kitchen job. Decent pay . I would work there again I learned how to deal with stress 10 hr shifts management good with breaks very understandable

Flexible and Consistent Hours

Overall decent place to work as long as you give effort, managers are understanding and flexible in regards to scheduling/call offs etc. Pay is low for the amount of work but that's food service industry.

Fun

Great good management and coworkers but people who has been there a long time think they are running stuff. Bartender can be rude. Some servers are lazy and want you to do the work

Typical day:Get in, enjoy a great environment, do your work, and leaveManagement: Always working with you and very comfortably able to talk without any issues or pressure Hardest part of the job: When some of the newer employees bite off more than they can chew and you help them but it is not required I just did because that’s who I am.

Fun workplace

This place is a great place to work. A little stressful when the rush kicks in but overall a clean and well run place. Management is very flexible with your work schedule.

Friendly coworkers terrible management and Company

The staff are hard well to all have a similar mindset tone and energy so that's great. There's a great teamwork and it's a clean place to work. However the difficulty there are a lot of problems which are never dealt with in the restaurant, complaints never are heard by management or head office they're just swept under a rug. And regardless if staff have an incident with customers they always take the customer side even if it was discriminatory. In general you're treated like a number. And they don't value the effort that you put in and push comes to shove.

Love the brand

Change is coming and it’s for the good! New food changes, profit sharing changing to allowing the Managing Partners to really own the business. Focusing on the right things in 2023!

Fun place to be at very nice people and staff decent paycheck Would 100% recommend good food and have very good and helpful benefits i would very much love to work there

Decent Place to Work

I initially started working here with hopes to potentially move up to the serving position in a somewhat reasonable time, however after repeatedly being promised to advance, I have yet to start training for even the service partner position. It has been 6 months since I was first told that training will start “soon”.

Restaurant was very busy so the tips were great but management at the time was not good. They were not good with scheduling and some were very rude. They eventually were let go.

Overwhelmed

Managers don’t really care about you as a person. The best thing about working there are the employees such as the servers and bartenders! Customers suck and pay isn’t worth some of the things you have to put up with. Overall, it’s not worth the pay I received.
