• Analyzing the market and the competitors to develop and implement of yearly activity plans while leading cross functional teams towards clearly set goals
• Creating ideas for communication under the brands (Taxotere,Eloxatin,Jevtana) of responsibility
• To monitor market situation, conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports and participate in the development of 12 month sales forecast
• Co-worked with the agencies for both national &international congresses & meetings
• Follow up budget planning, purchasing and agreements of all congresses & meetings.
• Follow up regional and central A&P budgets.
• Prepare sales analysis reports to sales force.
• Coordinating product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities, sales and consultants).
• Pre-launch activities (ad board, concept satellite symposiums, TEB etc.) for Jevtana
• Organization and planning of oncology meetings such as ‘School of Oncology’ in 3 parts for KQLs, fellows and pharmacies.
• Preparation of the marketing materials of the related products; including brochures, ads, posters, flyers and web site information of product related issues.
• Having successful relationship with KOL’s
• Organize all symposiums, national & international congresses, brand launch meetings and marketing meetings. Arrange all registrations, hotel reservations and transfers for both doctors and staff.
