This is a good job and it has good benefits. Hours are flexible and the office is new and has a keurig machine, free coffee and healthy snacks. Food trucks every week.

Okay Good

Long days, trucks are load for a 14 hour day. Routes aren’t consist unless you bid a permanent route. Supervisors are somewhat helpful when able to communicate with

Woke company who only cares about appearances.

Toxic cultures allowed to permeate over years. Ethics help line is just for show - they will always support management over the subordinates - no matter how many complaints they receive. Diversity hiring is the priority, no matter how underqualified the candidate.

Amazing place to work

Best job I’ve had they take care of they employees and make sure no matter how hard they work work they earn they money and they feed they employees.

Productive and a fun place to work, also provides a full on-site open 24/7 to it's employees

Busy and productive, your shift goes by very quickly. Management is always present and approachable if you have any questions or concerns regarding your duties.

It's not for everyone.

Very physically demanding, long shifts, and extreme work conditions. IMO I believe it is worth if it you can do the work. I can confidently say that this is the hardest job I have ever had.

Hard work. Good pay. Protect your knees. Would not recommend for long term. Very physical.

Not fun

It's long hard hours have to stay above a percentage which is difficult some of the time. There very by the book and strict. Your just an employee who is overworked and then they ask why your at a 90% after working 11 hours

Most of the employees have been working in same position for 20+ years so they resist changes.

What is the best part of working at the company?Employees can order items that are sold to business customers. There was Friday lunches.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There is no defined job role. The roles and responsibilities mentioned when you apply are totally different than when you start working. The contract only says that your job responsibilities would be anything as given by your line manager which is stupid.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Every department behaves like a separate company overall and though they show great unity from the outside there is a lot of internal politics between them. Sometimes it’s hard to get a simple task done because of this.What is a typical day like for you at the company?The typical day is more or less hectic as you can be given any task out of the blue by your line manager saying this is part of the job role even though it was never discussed in the interview or mentioned anywhere.

Early finish, good money very hard physical job

Well, the title defines the job. Money is alright, the 6th day you get paid 1.5. Start 4 finish ready to go home 12 roughly sometimes 10:30 sometimes later. Excellent management in Cork. Poor management from Dublin. Excellent work environment with other drivers and staff. Very physical work

Its A good job but not for everyone, very physically demanding and long nights. Good pay and union so that’s a plus Overall a good job to be @ for 1-2 years not any longer imo

Hard work

Hard work and very long days. Pay and benefits are hard to beat. Management will treat you well. It’s a tough industry to work in. It’s easy to get injured. No work life balance. Overtime every day.

Very welcoming and professional

Lots of training, lots of safety , and company is very good opportunity to learn lots of different positions and learn how to be a team player!!! Also the staff if very helpful and understanding to there workers needs . I feel that they gave me a very respectable chance to be part of the company and I couldn't produce the mental health paperwork in time but I wish I did . It would of been an opportunity of a life time. The company has so many different things to choose from I thank them for the opportunity and hope I could get another chance one day!!

Started Great; Ended Terribly

Was with the opco when it first opened. Great place to work, amazing people. They changed the management system in 2019 and the Woodstock opco became managed by the team from Toronto. Big mistake. Went from being amazing to being a typical poorly managed business where management didn't listen and didn't care. Worked under that management for almost 2 years and only spoke to purchasing management head when he terminated my position.
