Horrible Management

Too much drama for a workplace, management very inconsiderate and always threatens to fire employees “because they can”. Also did not give me any hours when I proved my work ethic and consistency.

Poor staffing

Cleaning, taking orders, and restocking is an average day. It is a miserable job that pays maybe $10. Toxic management. Hardest part is staying onboard, most enjoyable oart of job was clockong off and heading home.

It was a good first time job

It was my first job. My manager was extremely patient and helpful with me. I learned a lot and made great friends with my coworkers. Pay was above minimum wage. Not bad.

Tough but fun

Was a fun to work lol Can definitely start something new everyday. Definitely a lot of growing opportunities. Money isn’t bad either and it’s easy but hard.

Great place

Lots of cool people to work with always have fun at night. Lots of interesting characters you get to meet. Management is usually cool at nights. Pay could be alot better.

Go somewhere else if it’s for starter job for a young kid my advice don’t do it they suck

What is the best part of working at the company?There was nothing glamorous about it the put you out to the wolves and put u on a timer and your store gets rated a couple times we ranked #1 but you get nothing out of it lots of people quit in two weeks because they demand a lot of you and I’m no rookie I’m a vet when it comes to working restaurants I don’t like to be pushed to the limits and no see a raise I’ve never gotten a raise in the 8 months I stayed put up with a lot gotten moved over when I was perfect for management but no they overlooked me very insulting when you bust your tail What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The dumb rules they are selective on who they pick on the manager pics favoritesWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful and if you bust your tail they demand more very ungrateful people What is a typical day like for you at the company?I dread going there that’s why I quit would rather find something else

Fast paced with fast growth

Good job to grow with rapidly for the younger demographic, loved working there taught me a lot about managing a business and was a huge contributor to the work life balance

they do not encourage their team; they don't care about you as a person they expect you to be a robot that just does as n they need..

they have the most two-faced upper management that talk about ppl and discuss other employees job performance with the crew and does nothing to encourage their team to want to do good unless you are one of their favorites or their family members that they have working in their stores.

Pays ya for hard work

No frills here, you work hard, get hours. And are able to make a decent living if you're willing to put in the work. A bit repetitive, but it gets the job done.

Fun workplace and fast paced

Working at taco bell taught me some good and bad experiences when i started working at 16 to now. For two years i had lots of fun with my coworkers and appreciate my mangers showing me the works. Most of my shifts were night shifts that include me to keep the drive thru clean and restock. Sometimes the lobby if there's more than one cashier. Overall, my time there was great until i got morning shifts. I would rate my work experience 5 stars if it weren't for my boss. Thanks to her i feel my shifts being hard and how she pushes and picks on me to the morning people. Which is why i put my two weeks' notice in and look for other places.

Problems it need a real bosss

Emotionally draining and thankless work

Just your typical fast food experience. There’s some good and bad parts.Pros:-the good customers who make your dayCons: -rude customers -emotionally and physically exhausting -poor management If you can handle it good for you though! It’s not for everybody but it makes (some) money

Short staffed

They were short staffed and when people would call in it would be only two people working during busy hours. Other than the staffing issue while I worked there it was a decent job. Pay was $15 an hour for a manager.

I LOVED TACO BELL IN ALEXANDRIA, LA. I felt like a family

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND PLACE TO WORK. Family friendly and oriented environment. I learned how to be a great manager and deal with rude people. The most enjoyable part of the job was the crew. We looked out for each other. Workplace culture was diverse but matched well together.

Good first job

I had no experience and they were I okay with this and allowed me to train. I would recommend this location to newbies. Public transportation does go right across from the restaurant

crazy environment

the management is all over the place. the place is understaffed three people ran the entire store and were overworked for the minimal pay we get. it is not worth it

The work place was ok until you get management once you get that everything is terrible

To be honest I loved working there but the owners where very cheap everything was breaking down then they would get mad at the managers for not keeping up on SOS it was honestly very stressful

Productive and fun workplace

If I could work there again I would! Job is very easy. Customers can be a handful but that’s with any fast food. Great team members and nice customers.
