Çok büyük bir organizasyon olmasına rağmen UPS Türkiye maalesef çok kötü durumda. Maaş ve yan haklar oldukça iyi. Ancak suyunu da çıkarıyorlar. Benim işim bu değil diye birşey yok. Her işi yapacaksın. Ve yarın acaba kovulur muyum diye sormadan uyuyamayacaksın.
My and my supervisor's mission was to examine and enhance the process of the facility and planning of the package hold cage. There was a special hold cage in the hub. It was used to keep the problematic (undelivered because of some reasons) packages in a safe place until their problems are solved. This project focused on problems slow the procedures in the cage. First, data was collected by observing at day and night, package in – package out procedures. Second, problems were detected. After analyzing all, better solutions were developed. This project was very useful to gain real-life experiments. Also helping a company that lives through babyhood in Turkey although it was one of the largest logistics companies in the world was exciting and encouraging for the future business life.

UPS Capital Business Credit is situated in Turkey as a representative office. It means there are a lot of restrictions by countries commercial laws and the headquarter. Therefore, there are plenty of things that employees have to do. For example, we couldn't advertise our bank in Turkey. The only way to introduce ourselves was calling or mailing the customers one by one. Management was good and my co-workers were kind and helpful. The hardest part of my job was, the office was in Istanbul( the city that i live) But it was far away from my home. Istanbul is a crowded city. So traffic can crawl sometimes. There were days i spent more than 3 hours on the way.
A luxurious and useful office
