Overall what you'd expect from the pay you get and the qualifications required for the job. Incompetent management, neverending work (there is ALWAYS something to do), weird schedules. But it's fast food. What do you expect?

Good pay every week but not set breaks

You even get write up for eating in the back even though everyone does it and they don’t give set breaks. You don’t get trained in positions you want to be trained in.

great first job

this is great first job for teens looking to hop in the job field. It’s fast paced but easy to catch on to. Pay is weekly and uniform will be provided.

Good place to work and great employees

Sometimes it’ll be slow and that’s a good time to stock up your area clean any spills than you sweep and mop the floors and always greet your customers when they come in

You're an brainless person if you ever decide to work here

Unless you want to suffer and hate your life and know what its like to have to physically and mentally restrain yourself from assaulting a customer as they scream at you because they can't seem to understand that a cheeseburger and adding cheese to a burger are the same thing.

they give no hours or over time and it’s super under staffed. usually have to do 3 positions at once and never get to leave on time. new manager constantly yelling

Ok for a first job

You clock in and get to work immediately. It’s very fast paced. You learn to work quickly and under pressure. Management is ok, some days they’re on top of things, sometimes they’re not. The hardest part of the job was the constantly changing hours. Some days you work early, some you work later. The easiest and most enjoyable part of the job is that you make some friends & work goes by fast since you’re constantly moving.

It was alright

It was alright but the management was awful and it was fast paced and we got swamped at times but when it was downtime the cleaning wasn’t bad and if you work fast management won’t bother you much

Enjoyable with the right people

It's was fun for the 2 1/2 years I worked there but they could be petty if you asked for time off or called in for being sick or school I had a great time until I got a new gm but it was a good experience

It okay

It’s an okay job. Very ghetto. They have their favorites but they will give you the hours, if you are willing to work. The pay is good if you work good.

Good hours and chances to move up if you want.

Overall it’s a good job considering it’s fast food. My only complaint really is that the op gets ridiculous a lot of the times and treats the staff like he’s a drill sergeant

Fast paced and stressful

The coworkers were great, but the job itself was very stressful. I would work 10 hour days with no break many days. I wouldn’t recommend this as a long term job.

Its terrible

They don’t care if your sick, managers are disrespectful. The most stress inducing job ever. They don’t know how to talk to people up there. They are slow and unorganized.

It’s okay. Nothing special l. Work is cool. Cook. Take orders. Clean. Wait. Good first job. Management was weird. Favorites. That all. Nothing more and nothing less.

Stressful 24/7

If you like being stressed out constantly with no accountability being upheld and dealing with alcoholic, drug addicted staff and customers, this is it! Literally one of the worst places I've been apart of. Don't get me wrong, I know each location has their pros and cons, but I think most would agree that this place is just embarrassing. It is all about the money with this company, you'll never be setup to handle any situations. All staff including team members up to managers just do what they want. You can not show up for a month straight and keep your job, it's incredible. You'll also be staffed with an extremely low number of people and be expected to "perform" and serve "Bold Flavors" and "Love our Guests" and all the corporate jargon they throw at you. Just avoid this, I made the mistake in chasing the money thinking this would be a good opportunity. I'll be heading out soon.

Great place to grow and move ahead

High expectations for high rewards. Lots of opportunities for training and development. Discount on food and a pretty solid team of people. Leadership above store is generally helpful.
