About the Role: We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a call center representative for a leading transportation company in the United Kingdom. This role involves, making the commute (Job is NOT remote) managing communication effectively, and addressing the needs of both customers and drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Reply Customer Emails
• Dispatch Job to Drivers
• Tracking Drivers to make sure they are arriving on time to pickup point
• Solve problems with drivers and customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent level of English both spoken and written language.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, especially in night-time.
• Must successfully finish training month and probation period.
• Work permit not provided - Turkish Citizens or Work Permit Holders only

Pay: 32.000 TL

Schedule:

• Work Hours: flexible working hours
• Work Days: 5 days a week (may or not include weekends)
• Off Days: 2 days (may or not include weekends)
