Position: Zoho Expert / Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho expert for our growing business. You will set up a comprehensive Zoho integration to optimize our call center operations, incoming lead management, and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Center Setup: Professional call center system implementation on Zoho platform
• Lead Management: System setup for tracking and managing incoming leads
• Email Marketing: Setup and optimization of email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
• Meta Ads Integration: Integration of Facebook/Instagram advertising with Zoho CRM
• WhatsApp Integration: WhatsApp Business integration for customer communication
• Team Training: Provide comprehensive training to our team on system usage

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk
• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads API integration
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API integration
• Call center system setup experience
• Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications
• CRM optimization experience
• Marketing automation expertise
• API integration background
