Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 39 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “E-Commerce Manager” with the following skills and qualifications;

  • Driving growth and profitability by creating a compelling customer experience, optimizing operations, and developing a high-performing team. By focusing on these objectives, achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the ecommerce landscape.
  • Coordinating online & offline integrated omni-channel projects.
  • Developing & implementing the ecommerce strategy of Sephora Turkey that aligns with the company’s local & global overall business strategy & goals
  • Be full responsible of Ecommerce P/L,
  • Managing the Sephora Turkey Ecommerce platform,
  • Maintaining Ecommerce Catalog & Content: Determining the web brand catalog in line with the Category Team,
  • Developing mobile app strategy, planning SEO Strategy,
  • Managing e-commerce warehouse with Supply& Logistics Team,
  • Build brand partnerships and managing campaign.
