Medical Tourism Sales Representative – German (Istanbul)

One Clinic is looking for an experienced German-speaking Sales Manager to join our medical tourism team in Istanbul.

Please note that this position is office-based only, and candidates must currently reside in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with international patients

• Convert patient inquiries into sales opportunities

• Provide detailed information about hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dental treatments

• Handle objections and close sales with patients

• Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in medical tourism (required)

• Fluent German

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Responsible, organized, and results-oriented

One Clinic sucht eine/n erfahrene/n deutschsprachige/n Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in im Bereich Medizintourismus.

Diese Position ist ausschließlich im Büro in Istanbul. Bewerber müssen in Istanbul wohnhaft sein.

Aufgaben:

• Professionelle Kommunikation mit internationalen Patienten
• Umwandlung von Anfragen in Verkaufsabschlüsse
• Beratung zu Haartransplantation, plastischer Chirurgie und Zahnbehandlungen
• Professioneller Umgang mit Einwänden und Abschluss von Verkäufen
• Betreuung der Patienten während des gesamten Behandlungsprozesses

Anforderungen:

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Medizintourismus (erforderlich)
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfähigkeiten
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
• Verantwortungsbewusst und zielorientiert
