Russian Speaking Sales Representative – Medical Tourism

Job Description:

Join the medical tourism team at One Clinic! We are looking for a result-oriented Russian-speaking Sales Representative based in Istanbul. Your role will be to guide our Russian-speaking patients through their aesthetic and dental treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming inquiries regarding Hair Transplant, Aesthetics, and Dental procedures.

* Transform patient leads into confirmed sales through expert consultation.

* Regularly follow up with patients to ensure a smooth service experience.

* Meet sales targets while maintaining professional clinic standards.

Requirements:

* Fluent/Native Russian is a must.

* At least 1 year of experience in the Medical Tourism field (Mandatory).

* Experience with CRM systems and sales closing techniques.

* Based in Istanbul (European side).
