Job Description:

One Clinic is seeking an experienced German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team in Istanbul. We specialize in Hair Transplantation, Plastic Surgery, and Dental treatments, and we need a professional who can provide high-quality consultation to our German-speaking patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate professionally with international patients via phone and digital channels.

* Convert incoming leads into sales by providing detailed information on treatments.

* Manage patient objections and follow up through the entire treatment journey.

* Use CRM tools to maintain organized records of patient interactions.

Requirements:

* Fluent/Native German is a must.

* Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Tourism.

* Strong persuasion and communication skills.

* Residing in Istanbul (Office-based in Şirinevler).

What We Offer:

* Full-time position (10:30 – 19:00).
